Bridgeton is home to a top-rated public school district.

  • The Pattonville School District has met the criteria for Missouri’s Distinction in Performance Award for academic performance 13 consecutive years – every year that the award has been bestowed - an honor shared by only 5% of the districts in Missouri. Nearly 5,600 students attend in this district with five K-5 elementary schools, one K-8 traditional school, two middle schools, one high school and one alternative high school. Pattonville offers a tuition-free, full-day kindergarten program, with an optional half-day program available, for all residents. Pattonville High School students have an average ACT score of 22.5. Of the school’s 379 graduates, 81 percent indicate they plan on continuing their education after graduation, either at four-year universities (43 percent), two-year colleges (33 percent), or career/technical schools (5 percent). Nearly 8 percent plan on entering the military.

  • The Corporate College of St. Louis Community College - The Corporate College, located in Bridgeton, is the newest addition to St. Louis Community College’s growing network of facilities and programs bringing demand-driven workforce training to the region. Renovated in 2011 to have nearly 30,000 square feet of new space to serve the needs of corporate St. Louis, it is the first facility solely dedicated to corporate education and professional development, unlike any other asset the college owns. The Corporate College also is home to the Workforce Solutions Group, the entrepreneurial workforce development division of the college that offers a robust menu of programs and solutions designed to advance people, businesses and communities. 
  • Lindenwood University - Founded in 1827, Lindenwood is a dynamic four-year liberal arts institution dedicated to excellence in higher education. Just a short drive across the Missouri River, the 500-acre campus is nestled amid the beautiful linden trees, in the heart of St. Charles. The university offers more than 120 undergraduate and graduate degree programs to approximately 17,000 students. Lindenwood is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
  • Webster University (Westport Campus) - Both Graduate & Undergraduate programs are offered at Webster's Westport Campus. Classes are offered on weeknight evenings and students may take one or two courses each term. There are 5 terms per year.
  • Chamberlain College of Nursing - For students looking to launch a rewarding career as a nurse, the St. Louis location offers a CCNE-accredited* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program on-site. Chamberlain College of Nursing's BSN degree program enables students to earn their BSN degree in as few as three years of year-round study instead of the typical four years with summers off, allowing students to enter the workforce sooner than their peers at other nursing schools.
  • Keller Graduate School of Management - Located in the West Port area, off Interstate 270 and Page Avenue. Situated between Craig and Schuetz Roads, on Westline Industrial Drive, the St. Louis (West) Campus serves working adults in metropolitan St. Louis with graduate programs in some of today's fastest growing career fields. The St. Louis (West) Campus offers spacious classrooms, an information center/computer lab with online access, conference rooms and a comfortable commons area. A robust virtual library is available to all students enrolled at the St. Louis (West) Campus. In addition, all administrative details, including student financial affairs can be handled at the campus, which is staffed full time.
  • Everest College - Everest College in St. Louis offers career training in a variety of business- and health care-related occupations. These are no-nonsense career programs designed to get you through school and into the job market as quickly as possible. Everest can schedule your courses to meet the demands of your other personal or professional commitments. Class are offered nights, weekends and part-time to accommodate your needs.
  • University of Phoenix - Located on Riverport Drive, the St. Louis Campus offers a myriad of college degree courses. Disciplines include technology, business management, and more. Students can work toward an associate's, bachelor's or master's degree in a number of these subjects. 
  • Art Institute of St. Louis - The Art Institute of St. Louis, a branch of The Art Institute of Phoenix, prepares students for careers in the visual and practical arts. Programs of study are carefully defined with the support and contributions of experienced members of the professional community. Curricula are reviewed periodically in an effort to ensure it meets the needs of a changing marketplace. An impressive faculty of working professionals strives to strengthen students’ skills and cultivate their talents. The school is located in historic Saint Charles, Just a short drive across the Missouri River.
  • Hickey College - Hickey College, located in Westport, offers students a hands-on education leading to a diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree. Programs are offered in the fields of business, culinary arts, design and technology, and health care.
  • Kaplan University – Located in Maryland Heights, Kaplan University is an institution of higher learning dedicated to providing innovative undergraduate, graduate, and continuing professional education.
