4th of July Celebration - CANCELED

The City of Bridgeton, with the help of the Special Events Commission, will once again host the annual Independence Day parade on Saturday, July 4th beginning at 10am. This year’s theme is "The Best of Bridgeton". We are encouraging businesses, organizations, walking groups, bands and antique cars to show their BEST to the residents and spectators along the parade route. In addition to the floats and fun, we are proud to announce that our Parade Marshall will be the best known mascot in town: FREDBIRD®. All are invited to participate or attend!  The parade will start in the St. Gerard subdivision and proceed west on Natural Bridge, ending in the Target parking lot. The parade will conclude with prizes and trophies being awarded for the best floats and automobiles. The best costume prize will also be presented to one adult and one child displaying the most spirited attire.
