1. What parks are located in Bridgeton?

The City of Bridgeton operates and maintains three regional parks, six neighborhood parks and a nine-hole golf course. The regional parks include Gentry Park, the Bridgeton Municipal Athletic Complex (BMAC), and Riverwoods Trail and Park. 

Neighborhood parks include:

• Bridgeway Park
• Hellebusch Park
• Matthews Park
• McKelvey Park
• O’Connor Park
• Spanish Village Park

2. When can neighborhood parks be reserved?

The department starts taking reservation for the upcoming year beginning January 2nd. The park season begins April 1st and ends on October 31st. During the operating season the park is open from sunrise to dusk each day, however, pavilion rentals don’t begin until 10 a.m. For more information about field and pavilion rentals call 314-739-5599.

3. How do I reserve a pavilion shelter or field?

Reservations are taken at the community center. You can also reserve them by phone if you have a current Parks and Recreation identification card and valid credit card. Contact the community center at 314-739-5599 for availability or reservations.
